What this page is

This is a plain-English summary of the conditions that govern play here. It is written to be read, which the full legal document is not always. Where the two differ, the complete terms in your account are the ones that apply — this page is a guide to them, not a replacement for them. Your account

One account per person, per household, per device. It is opened in your own name, with accurate details, and it is not transferable. Duplicate accounts are closed and any balance built on them may be voided, which is the standard practice of every licensed operator.

You must be 18 or older. The wallet currency is fixed at registration and cannot be changed afterwards, so Australian players should choose Australian dollars. You are responsible for keeping your password private; we will never ask you for it, and any message that does is fraudulent.

Deposits, bonuses and wagering

Deposits start at AU$10 on most methods and AU$20 by bank transfer, which is also the minimum that qualifies for a deposit-linked bonus. Bonuses are optional and must be selected at the cashier before the deposit lands — they cannot be applied retrospectively, and support has no mechanism to do so.

Bonus funds carry a 50x playthrough on the deposit-match offers. Pokies carry the weighting; table games, video poker and live-dealer titles contribute little or nothing. A maximum bet applies while a bonus is in play, and exceeding it can void the bonus and anything won from it. One bonus runs at a time. Cash funds are spent before bonus funds, and requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is still in playthrough forfeits the remaining bonus balance.

Bonus conversion is capped — on the welcome package and on no-deposit offers alike — and the applicable ceiling is shown with the offer when you claim it. Abuse of bonuses, including coordinated play across accounts and betting patterns designed purely to neutralise variance, voids them.

Withdrawals and verification

The minimum withdrawal is AU$20. The standard ceiling is AU$10,000 per week, raised at higher loyalty tiers; a larger balance is paid in instalments rather than lost. Requests go through an internal review, typically within 24 hours, before the transfer leaves.

Identity verification is mandatory before a first withdrawal: a government photo ID, a proof of address dated within the last three months, and a card image with the middle digits obscured where a card was used. Payouts are returned to a payment instrument in the account holder's own name. Third-party payouts are refused without exception. We charge no fee on standard payouts; blockchain network fees and any intermediary bank charge are third-party costs.

Games and fair play

All games are supplied by licensed studios and their random-number generators are independently tested. Returns are set by the studio and cannot be altered by us. If a game malfunctions, the round is void and stakes are returned — a display error does not create a win that the game engine did not record.

Closure, complaints and changes

You may close your account at any time through live chat, and self-exclusion is always granted on request. We may close an account for fraud, for age or identity failures, for bonus abuse, or where we are required to by our licence.

Terms can change; material changes are notified in the account, and continued play after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
